"What counts as commercial use?"Commercial use is any reproduction or purpose that is marketed, promoted, or sold and incorporates a financial transaction.Any use of my artwork that would be aiding you in financial gain, including promotion of one's self/branding with my art and/or character designs, merchandise of said commission, streaming (donations, subscriptions, bits, etc count.), or any form of reselling.This must be AGREED and I must be NOTIFIED if you plan to use the commission received from me as commercial use!!

✦ If you are planning to use the commission as merchandise or for profitable monetization you MUST let me know as it will add a minimum of 20% to the price! ✦

✦ 13+, as that is the legal age to even be on socials
✦ I will not start a commission until paid✦ I have the right to use the commission work done as examples for a portfolio for any future commission or work posts.
