All art or works received by me in any stage are only usable under this limited copyright licensing agreement.Please read all the following terms.By commissioning me you are AGREEING to these terms of serviceIf found breaking any of my terms of services listed below. I have the right to revoke the rights to use my work as a breach of contract and agreements immediately.

✦ My art or work may not be used for AI or NFT related activities.✦ Any image or work commissioned, gifted to, or received in any form by me in any stage of production may not be used in any AI system. **(see bottom of page for examples of "AI usage" and other inclusions)✦ Any monitized or commercial use must be discussed before hand such as prints, merch, and profitable means.
Stream assets advertised as "stream assets, emotes, stream alerts, or Vtuber model" commissions already have streaming/monetization rights. Streaming assets do not have commercial use for prints and merchandising by default✦ Payment is required in full upfront. Payment plans or 50% upfront is can be discussed on any commission above 100 USD.
Vtuber models have an option to be be paid on a 2 payment or 4 payment plan.✦ No Master-copy/Native files will be given. the only exception of this is .psd file for Vtuber model art ONLY by default (for both art + rig and art only commissions). If negotiation on master copy files is required for the client, price is subject to a 80% add on fee on a case by case basis after discussion between commissioner and artist.
The 75% is of the rigging price portion + any additional toggles/extras. You (the client) will receive the .com3 file at whatever version it is at completion.✦ Redistributing files for profit is forbidden. Only exceptions is selling it with the IP the artwork belongs to.
(e.i “rehoming”/reselling/“adopting” a character. You may not sell the file for more then it’s worth.✦Tracing, Editing, or Copying my artwork in any form or in any stage is forbidden.
✦ I will refuse to work, edit or "reproduce" on another artist's work unless given explicit written permission. Providing false or fabricated written permission will result in termination of the commission with no refunds or further work with said client.
The exceptions of this are internet meme formats.✦ I will not give refunds unless I am unable to complete a commission. Once started only up to 50% refunds will be given on a reviewed case by case basis based off work completed by the artist.✦ I retain all rights to my work, including but not limited to using it for my portfolio, social media, artbooks, or editorial projects.If the commissioner wishes to opt out. this must be discussed before payment and be under a "private commission".✦ Any private commissions come with a 20% total price increase. (private refers to the project not being shown or discussed to any social media platform, potential private or public portfolio gallery, streams or third-parties outside of artist and commissioner. the commissioner may publicly show their commission. commonly found in debuts or gifts )✦ I can provide WIPS or updates upon request related to your commission.✦ Posting commissioned artwork from me MUST have credit within clear sight in the description/caption/message the image is attached to (no hidden/small or buried in lines of text/ no "alt text" setting)✦ I can decline any commission for any reason. No exceptions.✦ You must be 18 years or older to commission or have parental consent.✦ You can request changes during the sketch phase, any changes during final linework, color or rendering in any amount after two revisions will be an additional charge unless crucial character design was incorrect or artistic error.✦ Lying or deception about your age or parental consent for a commission will result in a ban from receiving my services.

✦ Most Animals (Anthro/Furry characters included) However I do sometimes struggle with large muzzles. A limited copyright license agreement is a list of terms of which is given and agreed upon to use a copyrighted work.
All art work produced by me is protected under copyright by default. Past, present, or future. Using, buying, commissioning or receiving work by me (the artist) does not transfer any copyright/intellectual property rights (to the user/commissioner/buyer).

**AI USAGEAI Usage is forbidden being used to alter, change, "enhance", my present, past or future projects or work. Even after completion regardless of any mentioned or discussed "commercial use", "personal use", or amount of payment given or received between any party at anytime. Artwork, images, designs, animations, sketches, revised project/work versions, .cmo3, texture maps, mp3, mp4, H.264, previous portfolio or non portfolio displayed works, previous work from me under a different alias, or any related files created by me. This is Including but not limited to: making videos through AI using artwork, using AI to animate or create video related content, using AI to replicate my style or my art work in another artistic style, using my artwork in tangent with other works to produce any AI result, using my artwork for AI training modules of any kind, using AI to mass produce or edit artwork, using AI to redesign or change any character or non character related designs, Using engines like ChatGPT, Vizcom, Gemini, Adobe Firefly, Grok, or any other similar and related systems to produce anything based off my work. Including but not limited to written, text, or literature form.
